Peace Learning Camp
Designed for 6th grade students, Peace Learning Camp immerses campers
in a multifaceted conflict resolution and character education curriculum
that includes interpersonal communication, leadership development, diversity
appreciation, and outdoor environmental awareness.
Peace Learning Camp provides a safe and constructive opportunity for
students to explore issues around conflict, diversity, respect and environmental
stewardship. Campers spend 3 days and 2 nights at the Columbus
Youth Camp in Columbus, Indiana.
Students leave Peace Learning Camp with a stronger awareness of personal
accountability and power to effect change and increase understanding in
their schools and communities.
